Shipping
Shipping times may vary for specific items. Please refer to product page for shipping time. You will receive confirmation emails upon successfully placing your order, and when your order is shipped.
Can I Change My Shipping Address?
Once an order has been confirmed or shipped, it cannot be modified/canceled.
For your next purchase, we kindly ask that you double-check the address you've entered at checkout.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Laust Atelier is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to enter your address information correctly. If the address we ship to and the one you provide clearly match, and your tracking number is correct and marked as shipped, we are not responsible for theft or misplacement of any kind. For all lost packages please work directly with the carriers to file a lost package claim first before reaching out to us.
International Orders
Please note, some international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means Laust Atelier is not responsible for paying your country's import fees/duties to complete the delivery of your item. This is the responsibility of the buyer.
Refund & Exchanges
We strive to provide you with high quality products at Laust Atelier and ensure your utmost satisfaction. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully, as it outlines the criteria and conditions for requesting returns or exchanges:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@laustatelier.com within 48 hours of receiving the item(s). Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging intact. You, the customer are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.
All approved returns will be issued store credit ONLY. No cash refunds or credit card reversals will be provided. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card or digital code sent to your email. Store credit can be used towards a future purchase at Laust Atelier.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the item for store credit and use that credit to purchase the desired item.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@laustatelier.com with a photo of the damage or defect. We arrange for a replace or issue store credit for the damaged or defective item.
